Protein Pancake

Makes approximately 20 pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 large brown-spotted bananas
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder of choice
  • 4 cups low-fat milk (adjust to texture you want)
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (can be omitted)
  • Olive oil for cooking
Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, fresh berries, bananas
Method
Cooking
  1. 1Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth consistency.
  2. 2Cook in batches in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Storing
  1. 1Freeze the remaining pancakes in zip locked bags with baking paper between each of them.
  2. 2Toast the frozen pancakes in a toaster whenever you're ready to eat them.
