Protein Pancake
Makes approximately 20 pancakes

Ingredients
2 large brown-spotted bananas
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup protein powder of choice
4 cups low-fat milk (adjust to texture you want)
1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (can be omitted)
Olive oil for cooking
Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, fresh berries, bananas
Method
Cooking

Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth consistency.

Cook in batches in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Storing

Freeze the remaining pancakes in zip locked bags with baking paper between each of them.

Toast the frozen pancakes in a toaster whenever you're ready to eat them.
