Peanut Butter & Raspberry Protein Oat Slices

Ingredients
  • 2 large brown-spotted bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 70g protein powder of choice
  • 420ml regular soy milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberry
  • 1 tbsp unsalted peanut butter / other nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam
Method
Assembly & Baking
  1. 1Mash the banana, then add the rolled oats, protein powder, soy milk, and baking powder. Mix everything together.
  2. 2Spread the mixture into a square pan, spread peanut butter and the raspberry jam on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  3. 3Cut them into your preferred portions.
Storing
  1. 1Freeze the remaining portions in zip locked bags.
  2. 2Defrost before consumption.
