Peanut Butter & Raspberry Protein Oat Slices

Ingredients
2 large brown-spotted bananas
2 cups rolled oats
70g protein powder of choice
420ml regular soy milk
1 cup frozen raspberry
1 tbsp unsalted peanut butter / other nut butter of choice
1 tbsp raspberry jam
Method
Assembly & Baking

Mash the banana, then add the rolled oats, protein powder, soy milk, and baking powder. Mix everything together.

Spread the mixture into a square pan, spread peanut butter and the raspberry jam on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Cut them into your preferred portions.
Storing

Freeze the remaining portions in zip locked bags.

Defrost before consumption.
